Cocoa butter blocks should be melted before being put into chocolate conche. The main material of chocolate is cocoa butter, and it is usually in solid. Before the chocolate material being put into the refiner/conche, the melting process is needed. Further more the cocoa butter melting tank can extend the life of refiner/conche.  This electric chocolate hot melter is cylinder shape, there are heating tubes in the jacket tank, so cocoa butter blocks can be melted quickly.

Chocolate hot melting machine is one of the nesscary machineries in the chocolate production processing. Heated by electrical immersion heater, it is used for melting the cocoa butter.
